Former SpaceX Employees File Complaint With NLRB
Eight, former employees of Torrance-based SpaceX have filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board, saying they were fired for drafting a letter complaining about Elon Musk. According to the New York Times, the workers are "most likely protected under the National Labor Relations Act, which gives them the right to self-organize and band together for collective bargaining" and "mutual aid and protection." The move comes even as Musk told his employees at Twitter they must commit to "working long hours at high intensity". Musk reportedly has ordered existing employees to work more than 84 hours per week as he looks to reshape the social media service.
