Zadara Storage Offers Up Free Storage To Those Hit By Hurricanes
Irvine-based Zadara Storage, the provider of enterprise storage-as-a-service, says it will offer up up to 1 petabyte of storage for free for the next six months, for those businesses hit by Hurricanes Irma, Harvey and Maria. According to Zadara, organizations in Florida, Texas and Puerto Rico can use its services at no charge for six months while they rebuild their business infrastructure. Zadara said it will ship its own storage equipment to a company's own site, where data can be restored and brought back online; the company also offers up cloud-based storage options, which uses Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and others, for storage.
