Two Bit Circus Aims At Game Developers, Offers Up Game Experiences
Los Angeles-based Two Bit Circus, which has a "micro amusement park" which incorporates technology, games, entertainment, and more in its own physical, 38,000 square foot space, is offering up a new program which seeks to link with game developers. According to Two Bit Circus, it has launched a new "Park as a Platform", where it will work with game developers to adapt those games and experiences for "location-based entertainment". According to Two Bit Circus, it will help those game developers smooth the path to public exhibition and create a test lab for developers. Two Bit Circus said its "micro amusement park" can act as a physical development and publishing platform, saying that it offers revenue share, built-in customers, and backend API/data collection. Two Bit Circus says it has already launched the effort with a number of video games, including Death Squared, a puzzle game from SMG Studio; Hidden in Plain Sight, from independent developer Adam Spragg; ClusterPuck 99, a digital air hockey game from PHL Collective; and Line Wobbler, a "dungeon crawler" game from Robin Baumgarten.
