Resonant Reports New Licensing Agreement

Goleta-based Resonant, which develops technology used for radio frequency (RF) filters, reported that it has signed a second licensing agreement for its technology. The company said the agreement is with an un-named, existing customer. According to Resonant, the agreement covers three three Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) duplexer designs, and includes acceptance milestone payments and royalties. The agreement appears to be with the same customer the company announced a deal with in April.
