PivX Completes Reverse Acquisition

Newport Beach-based PivX Solutions (www.pivx.com) has entered into a reverse acquisition of Drilling Inc., a non-operating public company. PivX provides security software and consulting services, and the reverse merger places PivX on the over-the-counter market.
