PivX Acquires Security Software Provider

Newport Beach-based PivX Solutions (www.pivx.com) announced that it has acquired Tustin-based Threat Focus, in a move to expand its threat assessment tools. Threat Focus provides network vulnerability assessment tools, which will be incorporated into the PivX line of security software applications. PivX provides network security services and software.
