Cornerstone OnDemand Aims At GenZ Workers
Santa Monica-based Cornerstone OnDemand is looking to make it easier for Gen Z workers to adapt to the work force, with a new set of content it calls "Digital Native Advancement (DNA)". According to Cornerstone OnDemand, the new content will "help Digital Natives develop skills they need to thrive in the modern workplace." Gen Z are those people born between 1990 and 1999. Cornerstone OnDemand said that "42% of Gen Zers say they interact more with their phones than they do with other people" and said that, as a result of that, "there is a growing concern that these Digital Natives may lack the interpersonal skills required to succeed in the modern workplace." Cornerstone OnDemand provides workforce training and learning software, used for performance management, human resources, employee learning, and other efforts.
