Boingo Names New CEO After Longtime Head Dave Hagan Retires
Los Angeles-based wireless services provider Boingo Wireless said on Thursday afternoon that it has named a new CEO, appointing Mike Finley, an existing member of the company's board of directors, as CEO of the company. Finley will remain on the board. According to Boingo, Finley replaces current CEO and Chairman Dave Hagan, who the company said had announced his desire to retire after serving for 17 years with the company. Hagan will continue to serve on Boingo's board of directors. As part of the new appointment, Lance Rosenzweig, currently lead independent director of Boingo, will become Chairman. Finley has been on the board of Boingo Wireless since August of 2013. He previously was at Qualcomm, serving as President of North America and Australia.
