Wazee Digital Acquired By Veritone

Costa Mesa-based Veritone said Monday that it has acquired Denver-based Wazee Digital, a provider of cloud-based video management and licensing services. Veritone is a developer of artificial intelligence software used to analyze audio, video and other data sources. Veritone said it paid $15.0M for Wazee
