VideoAmp Rolls Out New Targeting Technology

Los Angeles-based VideoAmp, which develops adtech software, says it has rolled out a new solution for its clients, to help them with targeting and measurements of their advertising. According to the company, it has released a "proprietary commingled Identity (ID) solution" which uses identifiers such as hashed emails, signed-in users, IP addresses and device IDs--but which never exposes a consumer's personal identifiers to VideoAmp, its partners, or clients.
