Tinder's Sean Rad Seeks Dismissal Of Lawsuit
Sean Rad, the co-founder of dating app developer Tinder, is seeking to have a $250M lawsuit filed against him by Tinder owner Match Group dismissed in court. Match Group had counter-sued Rad in January, saying that Rad had copied proprietary information and internal files before leaving the company, violating his employment contract. The lawsuit came after Sean Rad and other former Tinder employees sued Match Group over undervaluing Tinder in order to deprive the employees of equity.
