Stratalux Acquires Tojo Media

Los Angeles-based Stratalux, a provider of cloud-based, managed services for Amazon Web Services (AWS), said it has acquired Tojo Media, a company which specializes in building software for media and entertainment clients to be used in the Amazon AWS public cloud. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, Stratalux said it has hired Joseph Hunt, who had led Tojo Media, as its new VP of Engineering. Stratalux said that Tojo Media's major client was Charter Communications.
