SpinMedia Buys Death and Taxes

Los Angeles-based SpinMedia said today that it has acquired Death and Taxes, an online magazine focused on indie music news, pop culture, politics, and entertainment. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. SpinMedia said that Death and Taxes sees around 1 million unique visitors a month.
