Sole Source's Peak-Ryzex Acquires Bar Code Direct

Santa Monica-based private equity investor Sole Source Capital said this week that one of its portfolio companies, Peak-Ryzex, has acquired Bar Code Direct, a value added reseller based in North Grafton, Massachusetts. Financial details of the transaction were not announced. Sole Source said the acquisition is the third, add-on acquisitio
