Snap's Evan Spiegel Pulls Down Massive $637.8M Paycheck In 2017
Evan Spiegel, the CEO of Venice, California-based Snap Inc., the parent company of Snapchat, was paid $637.8M in compensation in 2017, in combined stock options and salary--the third highest CEO payout ever, according to Reuters. Spiegel's big payday was split between $636.6M in stock-based awards, plus $1.2M in salary. The details on Spiegel's big payout were revealed in its 10-K filing on Thursday.
