Service-now.com Names Slootman CEO

San Diego-based Service-now.com, a provider of It management software-as-a-service, said Tuesday that it has named Frank Slootman as CEO. Founder Fred Luddy becomes Chief Product Officer. Slootman was the CEO of Data Domain, having taken that firm public in 2007, and selling the firm to EMC in 2009, where he served as a division executive. He also has served at Compuware and Borland Software.
