Ripple Lands $4M
El Segundo-based Ripple TV, an out-of-home advertising network, disclosed this morning that it has raised $4M in a venture capital round. The funding came from Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Trinity Ventures. According to Ripple, the firm plans to use the new funding to continue to deliver its services. Ripple places digital screens delivering news, information, and advertising to retail chains such as Borders, Einstein Bros. Bagels, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Robeks, and others. The new funding brings the company's total raised to just over $19M in three rounds. More information »
