Report: US Funding Starlink Shipments To Ukraine
Shipments of Starlink terminals to Ukraine by Hawthorne-based SpaceX were quietly funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID), according to a report from the Washington Post. The report said USAID paid $1500 each for 1,333 terminals to be sent to Ukraine, to help the company stay connected to the Internet, even as it has been attacked by Russian troops.
