Razer Lands $50M For Gaming Accessories
Carlsbad-based Razer, the maker of videogame accessories, announced this morning that it has raised $50M in a venture funding round, its first round of venture capital funding. The funding was led by IDG-Accel China Capital Fund. According to Razer, the minority investment will go towards investing in technology and to "pay for the video gaming habits of the management and staff." Razer is headed by Min-Liang Tan. Razer had previously been backed by angel investors plus cash from operations. More information »
