Qualcomm Backs Siklu
San Diego-based Qualcomm has invested in an Israeli developer of carrier-grade, millimeter wave Gigabit Ethernet radios, used for wireless backhaul. According to Skilu, it has raised $19M in a Series B investment, which included Amiti Ventures, Qualcomm, and an undisclosed strategic investors. The firm's prior investors, DFJ Tamir Fishman Ventures, Evergreen Venture Partners, and Argonaut Private Equity also participated in the funding. Qualcomm's investment was led by Nagraj Kashyap.
