Qualcomm Backs Digital Farming Startup Prospera
San Diego-based Qualcomm has backed Israeli digital farming startup Prospera, in a $15M funding round, Prospera said today. The round came via Qualcomm's venture capital arm Qualcomm Ventures. The funding also included Cisco Investments, ICV, and Bessemer Venture Partners. Prospera develops systems which connect farm data--including irrigation, pollination, fertilization, and other data--all into a "single pane of glass" software system. More information »
