Peregrine Semi Adds COO

San Diego-based Peregrine Semiconductor has hired a new President and COO. Peregrine said that it has added Craig H. Ensley to the executive team. Ensley was most recently at Cirrus Logic. Ensley has also served at Crystal Semiconductor and Rockwell International. Peregrine is developing mixed-signal semiconductor process technology, based on silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology.
