ParkMe Extends Real-Time Parking To San Francisco
Los Angeles-based mobile parking app developer ParkMe, which is backed by Fontinalis Partners, IDG Ventures and Angeleno Group., is continuing to extend out its mobile software, saying that it has now added real time parking information in San Francisco. ParkMe said that it will provide real-time availability of garage and street parking in the Bay Area city, and is now covering a total of 290 garages and lots in San Francisco. ParkMe has been gradually adding real time information--and more cities--to its mobile parking app, which helps users find the nearest (or cheapest) parking in many heavily congested cities. The company's app runs on iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, and Android.
