Ophthonix Finds $15.5M Second Round

In more San Diego biotech news, Ophthonix (www.ophthonix.com) announced it has raised $15.5M in a round led by Gund Investment Corp. Previous investors Enterprise Partners and Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers also participated. Ophthonix is developing wavefront guided, high definition vision eyeglasses which provide 20/10 visual acuity.
