Neural Analytics Gets FDA Clearance On Robotic Device
Los Angeles-based Neural Analytics, a venture-backed developer of portable, robotic-driven ultrasound equipment, has received FDA clearance on its NeuralBot system, the company said this week. Neural Analytics said it has received FDA clearance on its robotic ultrasound system, which enables clinicians to monitor a patient's brain blood flow characteristics. The robotic system is used to triage patients with neurological disorders, such as traumatic brain injury (TBI), migraine, Alzheimer's and stroke. Neural Analytics' system uses a robot system to automatically adjusts orientation and position of its ultrasound products. The company's new FDA 510(k) Alpha Edison.
