Netradyne Takes $150M For AI Efforts
San Diego-based Netradyne, a developer of artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing technology for the automotive market, has raised $150M in a Series C funding round. According to the company, the funding was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and also included existing investors Point72 Ventures and M12. The company says it has now raised over $197M in total funding. The company is applying its artificial intelligence efforts to the driver and fleet safety area, and plans to use the new funds for its core technology, expand into new geographies and accelerate hiring across R&D, marketing, and customer support.
