Netflix Replaces Animators With AI, Faces Backlash

Netflix--which has substantial operations in the Los Angeles area--is facing a major backlash, after it revealed that it has replaced animators in Japan with artificial intelligence software. According to Netflix Japan, it decided to use AI due to a "labor shortage" for the title "Dog and Boy".
