My Damn Channel Bolsters Advertising Experience
Los Angeles- and New York-based My Damn Channel, a producer of online, original video, has bolstered its executive ranks, hiring on a new Vice President of Advertising Strategy & Partnerships for the firm. The company said that Sahaila Suhimi will fill the new role, reporting to CEO and founder Rob Barnett. Suhaila was most recently Director of Brand Strategy at NBC Universal Digital Studio, where she developed original content for NBCU. She has also served at OMD Worldwide. My Damn Channel produces content from such folks as Big Fat Brain, Coolio, Grace Helbig, Steve Kerper, Kurt Loder, A.D. Miles, Andy Milonakis, Harry Shearer, David Wain and Don Was. The firm is venture backed by Okapi Venture Capital.
