Morpheus Ventures Raises $200M In Second Fund
Los Angeles-based venture capital investor Morpheus Ventures said on Tuesday that it has raised $200M in its second fund. The company said the new fund will go towards investments in fintech, insurtech, proptech, robotics and automation, and what it calls "frontier technologies". The company said the fund was oversubscribed. Morpheus Ventures now has more than $300M in committed capital. Joseph Miller is the Managing Partner at Morpheus. The company said the limited partners in the new fund included endowments, private pensions, funds of funds, corporate balance sheets, wealth managers and family offices in North America, Australia, and Asia.
