MomentFeed Signs Long List of High Profile Customers
Santa Monica-based location analytics software developer MomentFeed announced Tuesday morning that it has signed on some big brands as customers of the firm. According to MomentFeed, 7-Eleven, JCPenney, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and The Home Depot have all selected the company's platform to power their social marketing efforts at the local level. MomentFeed develops software which allows brands to better measure the social media engagement of their users on a local location-by-location basis, applying analytics and management tools to Facebook, Foursquare, and Google to let those brands better manage their locations.
Financial details of the wins were not disclosed. MomentFeed is backed by Gold Hill Capital, DFJ Frontier, DFJ-JAIC Venture Partners, Double M Capital, Daher Capital, as well as a long list of local angel investors. The firm is led by Rob Reed.
