Microsoft Completes $69 Billion Activision Buy

Santa Monica-based Activision is finally part of Microsoft, after UK approval of the deal, the last holdup in the acquisition. Microsoft announced the deal to acquire Activision in January of 2022. The deal was worth $69 billion.
