Make It Work Goes National With Remote Support
Santa Barbara-based MakeItWork, the in-home computer repair firm headed by Eric Greenspan, said today that it has launched its services nationwide. According to the company, it has launched a new remote support division, which will provide technology support via Citrix GoToAssist, for clients across the U.S. The new division is a major expansion--and slightly different direction--for the firm, which is best known in Southern California for its fleet of bright red, Mini Cooper cars which make house calls to customers. The expansion comes as the firm's reach through its Make It Work Radio show has gone nationwide, and the firm said it has begun to get calls requesting services from across the country. The firm's show--hosted by Jeremy Anticouni, the firm's co-founder and CTO--is broadcast on CBS Radio, ABC/Citadel radio stations, Envision Radio Networks, as well as online.
