Levine Leichtman Buys FASTSIGNS

Los Angeles-based private equity investor Levine Leichtman Capital Partners announced Tuesday that it has acquired FASTSIGNS International, a franchisor in the custom sign and graphics industry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Levine Leichtman said the acquisition came in a partnership with the management of the company, which has nearly 550 franchise locations. FASTSIGNS helps companies create signs, floor and window graphics, vehicle signs, and much more. LLCP said the investment came out of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners V, and is the fourth investment out of that fund.
