LeisureLink Rolls Out Pricing Tool
Pasadena-based LeisureLink, a developer of distribution software for vacation rental, timeshare, and other specialty lodging providers, said today that it has launched a new product targeted at online rate pricing. The firm said its new Active Revenue Management (ARM) system uses real-time, market data to help its clients price their inventory. The firm said its tools bring the same technology as airlines and large hotel chains use to maximize their yields. LeisureLink says it is using data form its distribution network to gain insight into pricing and consumer demand, using algorithms to adjust rates in real time to maximize revenues and occupancy at properties. Pricing of the new product was not announced.
