Key Information Systems Buys ISWest
Woodland Hills-based Key Information Systems said Friday morning that it has acquired IT colocation and hosting company ISWest. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Key Information Systems is a major, IT systems integrator focused on business continuity, virtualization, security, storage, and other related areas. ISWest is a provider of colocation, cloud services, and connectivity which has a major presence in Los Angeles, Ventura County, and beyond. As part of the acquisition, Key Information Systems said it is moving its corporate headquarters from Woodland Hills to ISWest's corporate and data center facility in Agoura Hills.
