j2 Global Revenues Increase To $292.7M For Q3
Los Angeles-based j2 Global, the Internet services and publishing giant behind such brands as IGN, Mashable, PCMag, eFax, eVoice, KeepItSafe, and dozens of others, saw its third quarter revenues rise to $292.7 million, up 7 percent compared with Q3 of 2017. The company says its expects revenues of between $1.2 billion and $1.25 billion for its fiscal 2018, and an Adjusted EBITDA between $480 million and $505 million. The company is now sitting on approximately $386 million in cash and investments, saying it spent approximately $113M in the quarter for acquisitions and its regular quarterly dividend. j2 Global--which is LA's most ravenous buyer of both Internet services and content publishers--said it purchased five companies during the quarter.
