Ixia Adds Telenor As Customer

Calabasas-based Ixia, a developer of IP test systems, said today that it has scored a customer win with Telenor, a major telecommunications provider in Norway. Ixia explained that Telenor will deploy its IxRave IP service verification platform, which is used to measure performance of Layer 3 VPN networks and services. The products will be used to guarantee network reliability to its customers. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
