iStor Ships iSCSI Storage Controller

Irvine-based iStor Networks announced today that its iSCSI-SATA storage controller is now generally available. The company's GigaStorATX is a integrated storage controller that provides RAID functionality in an ATX form factor. The company is targeting OEMs and manufacturers of storage systems with its systems. The controller supports the iSCSI storage protocol and SATA disk drive technology, and up to 8TB of connected storage.
