Irvine Scientific Opens Second Facility In Japan
Santa Ana-based Irvine Scientific, a developer of medical devices for the cell culture and biopharmaceutical industry, said this morning that it has opened up a second facility, in Tokyo, Japan. The firm said the new facility will manufacture its cell culture media for production of biopharmaceuticals, vaccines, monoclonal antibodies. The firm said the facility is its second facility, and will be used to provide product to customers in Japan and in Asia. Irvine Scientific is owned by JX Holdings group.
