Invoca Partners With Five9
Santa Barbara-based call tracking software developer Invoca said this morning that it has integrated its software with Five9, a developer of cloud contact center software. The companies said the integration provides a "unified, data-driven approach to maximize the joint impact of marketing and contact center teams." Invoca's software uses artificial intelligence to provide what it calls "conversation intelligence" to let them better understand interactions with consumers.
