Interlink Drops Financial Reports
Camarillo-based Interlink Electronics, a developer of e-signature capture products, announced Tuesday that the firm has voluntarily suspended filing reports with the SEC. According to Interlink, it will no longer file 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other filings, and intends to deregister all of its securities. The firm said the move came due to the cost of maintaining the firm's reporting status through the SEC. The firm is now listed on the Pink Sheets. The firm had previously been listed on the OTC, and prior to April of 2006 was listed on the NASDAQ National Market.
