Integrien Gets Patent
Irvine-based Integrien Corporation, a developer of IT performance analysis software, said today that it has received a third patent on its technology. Integrien said it has received U.S. Patent 7,707,285, covering "System and method for generating and using fingerprints for IT performance management". According to the U.S. Patent and Trademark office, the patent was actually issued in April, naming CTO Mazda Marvasti as inventor. The firm had filed for the patent in September of 2006. Integrien said the patent is being used in its Integrien Alive product. The company is venture backed by Acartha Group, Clearstone Venture Partners, Mariner Capital Ventures, and the Tech Coast Angels.
