Ingram Micro Sells Off Docdata Payments

Irvine-based Ingram Micro has sold off a payment processing firm, Docdata Payments, to Netherlands-based CM Payments. Financial details of the sal ewere not announced. CM said that 35 employees from Docdata Payments will be transferred to the company. Docdata Payments processed payments for European companies, primarily in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium.
