Green Hills, Wind River In Contract Disagreement
Santa Barbara-based Green Hills Software has been sued by embedded software firm Wind River Systems in a lawsuit to terminate a cooperative agreement between the two companies. According to Green Hills, the two companies are in a 99-year cooperative agreement which calls for the two companies to collaborate on providing Wind River's VxWorks operating system and Green Hill's MULTI embedded software development tools at joint customers. Green Hills claims that Wind River has withheld operating system updates, and had filed an earlier antitrust lawsuit against Wind River.
