GoGuardian Acquired by Sumeru Equity Partners
Los Angeles-based GoGuardian, a startup which develops Chromebook management software for schools, disclosed last week that it has raised a majority round of private equity from Sumeru Equity Partners. Size of the investment were not announced. GoGuardian is led by founder and CEO Advait Shinde. The company said that George Kadifa, Sanjeet Mitra and Sean Kendra--all of Sumeru Equity Partners--have joined the company's board with the majority investment.
