X1 Discovery Suit Against Dell Moved To California

Pasadena-based desktop search software developer X1 Discovery's lawsuit against Dell Technologies over patent infringement looks to have been moved back to California, according to legal filings. X1's products are used for both e-discovery of documents, as well as general corporate/desktop search. The lawsuit appears to have been moved on Friday to the U.S. District for the Central District of California, after having been originally filed in 2023 at the U.S. District Court Western District of Texas (Waco).
