Frontline Direct Buys Objective Loyalty
San Diego-based Frontline Direct, which is owned by Adconian Media Group, said today that it has acquired Objective Loyalty, a provider of data management and direct marketing solutions. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Frontline Direct is a provider of online marketing, and was acquired by Adconian Media in February of 2008. Frontline Direct is headed by Kim Reed Perell. Adconian is a major operator of online advertising networks, with a reach of over 300 million unique users worldwide; the firm is backed by Index Ventures.
