Faraday Future Names New Auditor
Los Angeles-based electric vehicle company Faraday Future announced late Monday that it has appointed a new, independent auditor to the firm. The company said that it has appointed Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP as its new auditor, succeeding Mazars USA LLP, which was its independent registered public accounting firm until May 31st. Mazars USA had resigned as Faraday Future's auditor on April 9th. That resignation came after the auditing firm issued a statement "related to substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern."
