Factual Rolls Out New Data Product

Los Angeles-based location data provider Factual rolled out a new product, Data Enrichment, which the company said allows businesses to "enrich first-party customer data" with its own, real-world visitation data. According to Factual, the product will help businesses to better understand their customers, and to improve audience modeling based on real-world behavior. Pricing on the new product was not announced. The company explained that its data can be used in a number of ways to associate location attributes and information with a brand's customers, saying that an auto retailer, for example, can use the data to run a campaign aimed at recapturing potential auto buyers who have been seen at competitors' dealerships. Factual is led by founder and CEO Gil Elbaz.
