Epicor Completes ShopVisible Buy

Epicor, the big enterprise software developer which has extensive operations in Orange County, said Monday that it has completed its acquisition of ShopVisible, the developer of e-commerce and order management software. The deal had been announced originally on December 11th. No financial details of the acquisition deal have been announced by either of the companies. Epicor is using the acquisition to bolster its ecommerce offerings for the midize and large retail market.
